I'm a late comer to coding as a professional and it keeps me humble and always seeking: 1) to work with people smarter and more experienced than I am 2) with open hands, to always accept any critical feedback that helps me understand what I don't know or what I could understand that would help me face the world of problems in-front of me better. That's been enough for me to surpass many of my peers of assorted educational background etc.
