I've been thinking this for awhile and kinda forgot this wasn't standard thinking. Obviously there are physical components and psychological components. But when you look to animals (rats eating junk food obsessively, etc) its obviously an addition. The conscience mind humans have cannot supersede the this fact that its first an addition for all of our ancestors (and thus, us). Therefore while it is clearly both physical and psychological, it always starts psychologically and so the only way to fully cure it is also psychologically.
