They sound a little bitter. I wonder if part of the issue is they have tried outsourcing for low pay but high demands. The job sounds like it is fairly demanding. If they want the loyalty they desire they need to pay a decent wage and make the developer feel appreciated rather than just a code monkey. Of course I am simply speculating here without knowing the full story but the ad would be a turn off for me.
