- towb 11y agoMaybe not. The gov. seems to handle the countryside extremly bad here in Sweden. Depopulation might lead to those prices, cheaper than the building materials in some areas. People are forced, in a way, to leave for the cities.
- walkingolof 11y agoNo, housing prices are pretty low except the most desirable areas, sometimes they go so low that it makes sens to cut up and move the house to a urban area...
