The form of the interview was a bit weird: All the questions seemed to be entirely predetermined, with no follow-up questions and no opportunity for the answers to guide the direction of the interview. But on the other hand they were open-ended enough that it was more like a talk where the interview questions were hardly needed – essentially: So I heard you like x. How did you get started with x? Tell us a few things about x. In addition to those things, could you tell us something more about x? Is there anything else you want to say about x? But very interesting nevertheless! :)
