Same here. I'm very concerned that the new framework might reduce the extensions' capabilities down to Chrome's level. It's highly unusable -- for instance, in Chrome/Chromium they don't allow the user to manipulate New tab page, and there goes all the Vimium bindings when you try to navigate it over.
