The Widening World of Hand-Picked Truths
- agentsmith 11y ago"On one front after another, the hard-won consensus of science is also expected to accommodate personal beliefs, religious or otherwise, about the safety of vaccines, G.M.O. crops, fluoridation or cellphone radio waves, along with the validity of global climate change." This list is so funny. I am against most vaccines while i know they are safe an effective. its just that they are oversold and frequently unnecessary. i am not against GMOs, but i want them labeled for safety reasons. i can't know if GMO corn is ok if i don't know it was crossed with peanuts can i? floridation shouldn't even be on this list, science has admitted they were wrong on that one. cell phone radio waves are an actual issue for some people, who are you to tell someone you know better? as a ham license holder i can tell you theres real science to that as well. as far as climate change, that's the one that takes the cake. no one cares about they evidence, they look first at what side is going to make the future better in their eyes and then they choose. science be damned.
