Meanwhile, governments specifically target the poor with lottery advertising. There will always be scumbags who prey on the weak; at least when they're in the private sector they can be sued or arrested.
- Frondo 11y agoLottery laws can be changed too, of course. And our government has a regularly scheduled changing of the people in power. I know of no corporation where the citizenry regularly votes on senior management.
