- pmtarantino 11y agoYou could go to South America if you want to know new whole cultures. Though the big cities may look like the big cities at the United States, the lonely places are something totally new (search for Patagonia, for example). If you want to know the big cities, including culture, I'd go to Europe. In four weeks you can visit culture capitols as Paris, London, Madrid, Rome, Berlin...
