All projects have the stuff that's exciting and fun, and all the other stuff that's boring and dull, but needs to be done. I try and handle some of that boring dull stuff early when I have lots of energy, and try and save more of exciting stuff for later. I've had trouble launching things when I've left that boring stuff till the end, and boy does it drag on getting that stuff done.
