I found the master switch of why your software is ridden with bugs. It's called lack of attention (since you didn't type it flawless and perfectly complete the first time around). I also found the master switch of why your project is behind schedule. It's called lack of passion (because you keep choosing those pesky hobbies, social life and family/civic responsibilities over working 100+ hours per week).
