From oversize iPods to glorified browser notebooks.
- imauld 11y agoI have a full installation of Ubuntu running on my glorified browser notebook and it can be used as a normal laptop. It performance can be a little slow when working with very large data sets but on the other hand it was just about $300 including tax so it was an enormously good deal. I love it.

- benkuykendall 11y agoYep! And believe it or not, you can do a ton in the browser. Aside from heavy duty programmers and creatives, most people can do everything they need to in the browser. Pretty exciting, isn't it?
- gress 11y agoYou can do everything you need with a Pentium 90 PC running Windows 95. That doesn't make it exciting.
