The search function seemed to miss most roles I tried - maybe focus people through the 'explore by profession' until you have a larger index?
'We couldn't find any NHS roles containing "radiologist".'
We couldn't find any NHS roles containing "vascular surgeon".
It would be cool to have a short profile of an actual person in the role, could help make a human connection.
I wonder if a wiki-style page might be easier for people to contribute to and moderate? The suggestion form feels a bit foreign and makes me wonder if I submit something, will it actually get looked at or included? I'm less inclined to contribute if I'm not sure you'll even use my suggestion.
It would be cool to map 'who works with who' or what part/ division of the hospital/GP/etc people work in.

- benrmatthews 11y agoSearch seems to be the biggest issue, so we're going to upgrade that today. Have fixed "radiologist" and "vascular surgeon" for now, but aware there will be plenty of others. Another comment mentions the short profile of an actual person. It's an interesting idea and one we'll consider adding. Mapping is coming soon in the form of a care journey / pathway. We have this built in the back end already, but need to spend time doing the mapping before making that public. Thanks for the feedback, excited to keep working on it!
- laurenceberry 11y agoThanks! We are going to focus on improving the search today then. NHS careers already provide a detailed profile for each role, perhaps we can link to those pages. Love the mapping idea.
