Since you both speak French, Montreal could be an option.
You'll earn less, you won't have much for your tax dollars, and you'll need to get used to the weather.
However, it's safer than San Francisco, housing is cheaper, and seasons are very real.
- scurvy 11y agoMontreal winters are brutal though. I've been in Montreal during spring after the thaws and people kinda go wild. I asked why and one person replied, "Have you been through a Montreal winter?"
