I can't agree more. The drug that had the biggest impact on my productivity is http://www.gwern.net/Melatonin http://www.gwern.net/Melatonin, more than modafinil or anything else.
And yes besides melatonin I follow the recommendations for improved sleep.
- joshcanhelp 11y agoTotally agree. And not just from a performance perspective, the positive affect on mood in general is very important. Melatonin has helped me greatly in the last year.
