When I was in China last year I had no problems using OpenVPN on my Holland based server.
- njloof 11y agoHotel WiFi may not be as restricted as the average citizen's connection. Local 3G/4G service may be more restricted than your home provider's roaming service. It's a bit of a crapshoot, but the GFW is definitely targeted more towards locals than visitors.
