I'm curious, what is the risk of getting caught, and what is the penalty?

  I am a native Chinese. I was threatened by the police because of publishing a unfair treatment from a decree of local magistrates. The police said that I had to delete all of them, otherwise I would be brought into jail and my parents would lose their job. At that time, I was only 16. I don't want to live in this country anymore but I have no choice. I love China but the government.
