Incidentally, that feeds into one thing that I found about 20-hour weeks when I tried them: in many ways they're harder than doing an 80-hour week, because you've got to be so disciplined about always doing the most effective thing in the most effective way. Often that also means going "what's scaring the crap out of me? Right, let's do that", again and again.
