- deftnerd 11y agoI'm actually glad you pointed that out because I thought it was real. I don't tend to associate satire with The New Yorker because of the high quality of their reporting. I was just reading it with schadenfreude to my wife to illustrate how unempathic the response was.

This article, also written by him http://www.newyorker.com/humor/borowitz-report/gates-spends-entire-first-day-back-in-office-trying-to-install-windows-8-1 http://www.newyorker.com/humor/borowitz-report/gates-spends-... "Gates Spends Entire First Day Back in Office Trying to Install Windows 8.1" would also pass as really believable, wouldn't it? We know how much time we need for that.
