- brador 11y agoHR works for the company not you. You'd be crazy to escalate anything that could get you fired or demoted to HR. If you do want to leave, find a job somewhere else, give notice to leave, then at the leaving interview say only nice things, smile, nod, so you don't get screwed on the recommendation call. Then leave. Once again, HR is not your friend.
