Depending on Mr. Bezos' actions in a few days we will understand if the amazon toxic culture is policies stripped from a lot of nuance when made into soundbites or got that way by design. And a CEO could indeed be somewhat isolated - at that level you see reports that have already passed a couple of levels of sanitation.
