I like it, though I can't figure out to type the pinyin vowels.

  Just type the tone number at the end of each word ni3hao3 for instance.

  To "apply" a tone to a syllable, follow it with the corresponding tone number. e.g., wo3 There's a link down the bottom of the page during those sequences that explains how it works and how to practice.
