- asdfologist 11y agoSource? I did find this [0], but this seems to report on the median tenure of existing employees, rather than of the ones who have left, which is a big difference. - kelukelugames 11y agoAlso, there is a difference between turning over in Silicon Valley and turning over in Seattle. The options are very different.
