Just a note here. RED can't do remote focus, iris, zoom (FIZ). You need a remote follow focus with zoom and iris gears to do that, something like the Preston FIZ. In fact, RED doesn't even make one of these. You are correct that you can adjust ASA, shutter speed, etc with the REDmote add on. Historically though, they are rather finicky pieces.
