Note: the article links to a poorly made video 1m35s long that describes absolutely nothing from a technical "how-to" standpoint at all. It's quite hard to describe just how much of a vacuum the video feels like to watch. ...I think kind of might have been the point, but it felt like quite the waste of time to watch this, because I gained nothing from it at all. Poorly executed, IMO. My review/rating: post flagged.
