"It can't be unethical because it's not illegal" is question-begging.
- bediger4000 11y agoBut we see the "You have to do this (possibly) unethical thing because it's the law" (capital punishment, imprisonment for victimless crimes, etc) all the time. Why not the opposite of "it's ethical because it's the law"?
