- kyrra 11y agoWhen going through the "advanced" upgrade install of Win10, there was an option to NOT send Microsoft information about what you search for in the bar. It's set to send by default, but can be disabled.
- ultramancool 11y agoI have everything disabled in privacy settings. Doesn't help. Check for yourself if you like. It's important to note that this is _not_ info that you search for. No search query was included. Just a lot of identifying information about my machine.
- acqq 11y agoThe most interesting are the fields in the headers tab (machine id, resolution...)
- gruez 11y agoare you using LTSB?
- ultramancool 11y agoNo, I am not using LTSB. I think LTSB desktop only would be safe from this as it doesn't have the new start menu UI, but I don't have a copy around to test.
- resus 11y agoIt does it on LTSB too. Proof: http://forums.mydigitallife.info/threads/63112-LTSB-Enterprise-N-Pure-Desktop-version-Flexible-update-behaviour-no-Modern-Apps?p=1107345&viewfull=1#post1107345 http://forums.mydigitallife.info/threads/63112-LTSB-Enterpri...
