I gotta say, that is quite the title. Without reading the article thoroughly, I'd have a really hard time discerning that the practical application is to look at a series of static raster images of still video frames, in order to try and discern distict physical objects, and track their motion across frames. The article itself is great, but it would really benefit from at least one example of some actual full-motion video, juxtaposed with those Adobe Flash graphics, to drive home the premise of the article.
