But how could a company that fired the great Michael O. Church possibly be anything other than pure evil?
More seriously, I would never want to work at a place that is structurally unable to fire toxic people, which is one of the big downsides of unionization from the "worker" perspective.
- michaelochurch2 11y agoGoogle never fired me. Google isn't pure evil. Its problem is that, since its inception, it's had the attitude that engineering is smart people work and everything else (design, HR, people management) is stupid people work. So, guess who sets up its HR systems? And who, might one expect, makes product decisions?
