I interviewed with PoF and BuildDirect for a data science job. PoF did a 3-against-1 behavioral interview with no whiteboard. The BD interview was supposed to be a friendly tech phone chat but actually was a grilling by an HR lady that knew nothing about tech. What I'm trying to say is these companies don't know what the fuck they're doing.
