Is that necessarily the case? Did the article explicitly say that the scenes were exactly the same? It seems to me that they should have had the body double perform the same physical walk with a bit more privacy. Given that they needed the nude body walking the same route I would think that only recording the walk and then editing it over would be the simplest, but I have no experience with video editing so I don't really know.
