It sucks to get judged based on things that you have little or no control over. An ER nurse or doctor cannot control staffing levels for instance. I get that.

It sucks to get judged based on things that you have little or no control over. An ER nurse or doctor cannot control staffing levels for instance. I get that. But, if one emergency room has shorter wait times (because the staff aren't spread as thin) than another, why shouldn't I take that into account when choosing where to go?
