"The amount of effort necessary to build bombs during the 40s was ridiculous." Apparently, the act of enriching Uranium is too expensive (in more ways than just money) for any organization other than an entire nation, and a rich nation to boot...and that is why we don't have terrorist attacks involving nuclear weapons. Let's hope it stays that way.
